Yoga Teacher Training

Part I

Table of Contents

This part tells the story of the lineage of friendships that have made the heart of yoga available in our modern context. The relationship between the legendary yogi and scholar, Tirumalai Krishnamacharya (1888–1989), and the great living yogi U.G. Krishnamurti (1918–2007), has been pivotal to yoga’s evolution. Revolutionaries both, these two great teachers shared a mutual love and respect. Mark’s connection to both has inspired him to communicate what was brought forth: Yoga as participation in the perfection of life, as it already exists in each unique individual.
