Part II

Table of Contents

This part gives you the means to develop your own practice. Krishnamacharya taught that yoga must be adapted to the unique needs of each individual, and that there is a right yoga for everybody. Krishnamacharya’s principles are easily learned and applied in our yoga practice and lives, and are shown here in simple practices. When you are ready, please begin a short daily practice for yourself using the principles we share here! It will make it easier to receive what we’re offering, online and in live gatherings, and help you to digest it afterwards.
